Hello, I am Anna
I feel often lost and lonely and helpless. Some days I feel like a child who needs someone to hold my hand and point me in the right direction. For a long time I thought I was the only one, and that everybody else had it figured out.
I am not a coach and I am not an expert. On a good day I am half a step ahead of you, and that is all. What I can do is tell the truth about how it feels, and share the little wins I find along the way, so the walk is not so lonely for either of us.

Lost Like Me, the book
I am putting the whole story into a book. It is about feeling lost and lonely in the middle of a life change, and about slowly learning to love and trust yourself again when nothing looks the way you planned.
It is not a system and there are no steps to follow. It is my story, the parts I got wrong, and the small things that genuinely helped. The kind of book I needed on my worst nights and could not find anywhere.
It is coming soon. I am not naming a date yet, because I would rather get it right than get it out fast. If you would like to know the moment it is ready, send me an email and I will tell you first.

While the book is being written, the blog is where the smaller things go. A hard week and what got me through it. A little win worth passing on. The words I wish someone had said to me when I felt invisible.
